Awesome gym, very welcoming atmosphere! My coworkers and I joined the booty class for a while it was so fun! I saw Dara for 3 personal training sessions before getting married and she was very adaptable to my schedule, accommodating if I wanted to zoom workout at home or in person, personable, full of energy and knowledge and most definitely patience! My workouts were very unique to me, I have never felt more confident with my body and was so happy with the overall experience :)

Great little gym but drop-in fee is pretty high ($23 per person per visit). Would be great if there were drop in bundles - like three days or one week of drop-ins for folks just visiting and needing a place to workout. Gym is pretty small but they make great use of the space and have almost all the equipment you need. Really really quiet between 6-7 which is nice.

I was in Calgary for a couple months and needed a gym so gave this place a shot. Had everything I needed but it is a small space. Never all that crowded though and everyone gives each other space so it wasnt an issue. Classes and staff were very good. Lockers and showers in the change room.
