Service is top-notch: I requested to have all sessions of my 10 hours of driving lessons in one whole week and they accommodated my schedule, even going through the trouble of finding me a quick replacement instructor when the assigned instructor couldn't it due to an emergency.I drove with Jawad who eased me in to driving in Calgary. He taught me how to look and scan ahead to anticipate traffic signs and conditions, reminded me to do my shoulder- and rear-checks, and instilled in me that "right of way is given and not taken." Enjoyed driving around with him as well! Thanks, Jawad!

I took an insurance reduction course with the Universal Driving School. Highly recommended! The course insisted of online classes, as well as driving classes. Especially, I would like to thank the instructor Yakub, who thoroughly explained to me all nuances of driving in Calgary, and shared his open feedback after each class. Thanks to his guidance I was able to pass my Class 5 exam!
