Excellent service and competitive pricing. Very responsive. Just genuinely good people to deal with out of the Calgary branches. Our representative (Reven) is always reachable by phone at any time and same with the service reps (Mike, Marc, and Cam). In an era of generally disappointing after sales support from most larger companies, we've been extremely impressed and satisfied with the support and accessibility from all the United Rentals people we've dealt with here in Calgary. Highly recommend them!
I had requested a quote for a rental online, I got a return email very quickly and then received a followup phone call. I was impressed. Usually ti takes up to 3-4 days to get an email back from any company if you even get one back. I rented the piece of equipment and it worked as required plus it was ready for pickup when requested.
Connie was excellent to deal with in getting the gen organized. The only issue was getting it sooner. She had hoped to have it to us before lunch but because of troubles getting drivers and other circumstances in the yard we had to wait until mid afternoon.
