We used Tru Exteriors to refurbish the exterior of our home. We bought an older house in an established neighbourhood. Our home is 50 years old, and it had a stucco exterior finish that looked like a committee of seven-year-olds had completed it. We decided the update the exterior with Hardie board. From start to finish, the craftsmanship and professionalism of Tru Exteriors were evident in every interaction and the quality of their work as they gave our home a contemporary look with beautiful and sturdy Hardie products. The job was started in late November, which meant there were issues related to weather... couldn't be helped. The Tru professionals handled the delays very well and were able to work around the delays to complete the work as quickly as possible. Other issues related to the structure of the home. There isn't a single element of the house that is perfectly square. This posed some significant installation issues for the team. Nevertheless, they worked with what they had and were able to manage the weird angles like pros. Unless you know about the out-of-square walls, you cannot tell there was an issue by looking at the house. I couldn't be more pleased about that. While the exterior was taken apart, we decided some lovely soffit lighting was in order; it's the old "well, since we have everything apart, we might as well..." issue. Tru connected us to excellent, trusted electrical contractors they work with on their jobs. We could not be more pleased with the result. The new lighting scheme compliments the beautiful siding so well. The best part of using Tru was the feeling of competence from every interaction. Not once did we feel they were anything but excellent, and they strived to instil a sense of trust, a scarce thing in the contractor's marketplace these days. In conclusion, I would use Tru again in a heartbeat. I wholeheartedly endorse Tru Exteriors for your exterior renovation needs.

Our experience with Tru Exteriors was absolutely seamless. From the moment we met Chris in the showroom to the project completion we have been thrilled with the customer service and the final product. Doug and Chris were so open, professional, knowledgeable and available if we had any questions. They even suggested a pine accent feature which completely elevated the renovation and turned out to be the feature we loved the most (Thank you!) Oggie worked so diligently with exceptional attention to detail and an unbelievably tidy workspace (ie. our yard!).
