I used this cleaners delivery service 3 times. The last 2 times they never showed up to pick up my clothes. I called the delivery service number and they lied to me saying that it was picked up. My apartments sent me a picture of my clothes the next day still waiting for them to pick up.

Dropped off a plain dress for dry cleaning and was more than a little shocked that they tried to charge me almost 80 dollars as they considered it a prom dress. I attended my prom in 1985 so definitely NOT a prom dress. It's a plain blue rayon dress with no sequins, lace or rhinestones. I had to argue with the clerk and told her I didn't even pay 50 dollars for the dress. I told her that for convenience I picked this location as it's in my office tower, but the place I normally go to in The Core only charged me $25 to dry clean it in July. She brought down the charge to $25 plus tax and gave me a $10 off voucher for my next visit, but I won't be back.

Dropped off winter coats in the summer. 4 months later I unpack winter dry cleaning to find my $1200 winter jacket missing? After days unpacking my house I go into Tower Cleaners to see if they missed from my order? Yes they did it was at the main plant? Do you think they could have called to notify without tracking them down? Never going again
