Called them - they helped out right away when i told them my make/model of central vac - after went online, ordered and my items arrived in about 5 days. Overall very helpful and courteous service - most of all, the person was KNOWLEDGEABLE. That counts for so much these days ins hard to describe.

Today was the last day I will ever use a cheap vacuum. Today my life has changed, forever. Thank you Sam!To be honest, we went into The Vacuum District to buy a completely different vacuum than the one we ended up purchasing. Sam, one of the (family) owners of The Vacuum District was so knowledgeable and so honest with us, that we changed our minds and decided that the Sebo E3 was the right choice for us.Sam let us demo the machine, explained how every feature and part worked, and never exaggerated or made us feel pressured. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to say the service that I received from the Vacuum District (Wes) was the best experience that I have had with a small business owner. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for service or repairs to their vacuum. Keep up the good work !!!!
