I visited this spa yesterday and have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience. I booked the Spa Ritual Experience, and from start to finish, everything was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout each treatment. The treatments were amazing, and the amenities were equally impressive. It was truly a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience with Simona today. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and attentive, taking her time to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The care and precision she put into her work really stood out.
Beyond the amazing service, Simona is just a genuinely lovely person. She was warm, welcoming, always smiling, and so easy to talk to.
