FAIRLY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. STAFF WERE WONDERFUL. ONLY COMPLAINT IS NOT HAVING A CHANGE ROOM. SO IF IT DOESN'T FIT, THEY OFFER A STORE CREDIT BUT TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED AND YOU HAVE 14DAYS TO RETURN WITH RECEIPT. SO IF I RETURNED SOMETHING, USED STORE CREDIT TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE THAT DOESN'T FIT, THEN I HAVE TO GO THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS AGAIN WHICH TAKES TIME AND USE OF MY GAS GOING BACK AND FORTH

Seniors have 10% off every day. I was there a few times in the past month and everytime I got the discount. Some of the treasures you find are UNBELIEVABLE!!! This place is very well organized, clean & full of surprises!!!

I really want to like shopping here but I feel that it's a frustrating experience. The store ambience isn't great. The store always feels untidy and cluttered, especially the housewares and books. These sections looks as if the store doesn't take a lot of pride in making the items feel inviting to purchase. I also find the security guards posted there to be really off-putting and it detracts from the pleasant experience. I guess the Salvation Army has its reasons for spending the money on security but as a thrift store shopper I wonder why the store's profits needs to be spent on it. I would rather it spent more money on their charitable endeavours.
