Our garage door would not open so based on a neighbor's recommendation we called the Garage Door Company at 09:30. Within an hour a technician arrived and quickly resolved the issue with a very affordable rate.He also recommended preventative measures which was greatly appreciated as our knowledge was limited. Thank you Castor for the quick response and excellent customer service! We greatly appreciate it

My heavy wooden garage door was making a terrible racket when opening/closing. I contacted The Garage Door Company to book a service for as soon as possible. Castor (owner’s son) arrived at the scheduled time, and was professional and respectful in explaining the cause of the problem. He was very patient with my barrage of questions, did not try to ‘sell’ me more than I needed, but was resolute in his recommendation. I took his advice and had the springs and wheels replaced and general maintenance performed. I'm very glad I called the Garage Door Company. The spring broke in our garage door, and this also broke another part. They had the right spring with them, and the other part, too. They fixed our garage door in about 40 minutes. It has been working perfectly ever since. They were very professional.
