They are awesome. I had like 10 companies look at my furnace from 1974 (and that awful olive green color) and all of them told me it was not fixable but best in the west fixed it for like 1/4 of the replacement cost. I was so happy about it being fixed but still don't know about the color. Lol
My parents paid $11K for new A/C and Furnace units that were installed July 8 and 11 respectively.On July 16th, my mom woke up to a very warm house and called Best in the West Ltd Home Services with no answer and noticed a pipe leaking into the furnace room.On July 17th, she called again, my dad emailed from out of town and the house was even hotter. She started feeling very tired and unwell, was coughing and even threw up.
