A couple days ago was my first time going to the chiropractor. I was a little nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. The initial consultation was very informative and reassuring. The professionalism from the front desk and the doctors is outstanding. Very relatable group of staff, informative and passionate. Today was my first follow-up and I'm looking forward to my next visits!
I am from out of town, I was in Calgary helping a friend move and threw my back out badly. They were able to see me on incredibly short notice. Their intake process is very informative and explains a lot about what to expect from chiropractic medicine.
The staff were so friendly, and Doctor Gallant saved my week. They direct billed, and it was one of the best chiro experiences I have ever had. Would make this my go-to place if I lived in the city.
Dr. Russell and his team have now been trusted with 3 different generations of my family, starting with adjusting my football injuries at 10 years old.
His clinic is always spotless and the team is very positive and respectful. I since moved from Calgary but continue to see him regularly. He also helped us immensely when my youngest son had both constipation and collage at the same time. He was the only doctor who could relieve the symptoms.
My worst fear is the day he retires!
