Sunny Drycleaning is a well-regarded business that offers excellent service and eco-friendly cleaning processes. Customers appreciate the quality of the cleaning, with specific praise for how items are returned without any scent, making it suitable for those with sensitivities like asthma. The owner is described as kind and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers, including those with mental health concerns. The small counter area and quiet environment help ease anxiety for individuals with conditions like agoraphobia and panic disorder.
In addition to dry cleaning, Sunny Drycleaning also provides repair services, with customers reporting satisfaction in how their damaged clothing is restored to like-new condition. Many clients are loyal to this dry cleaner and express their intent to return. However, there are complaints regarding inconsistent business hours, as customers have found it frustrating that the hours listed on Google Maps are often inaccurate, leading to inconvenience when trying to visit. Despite this issue, overall feedback highlights the quality of service and the positive experiences of the clientele.
I've been going to Eugene at Sunny DryCleaning for over 4 years now. I am a regular monthly customer sometimes twice a month. I get all my work business attire dry cleaned and I spend a fortune, but it's worth it and they do an excellent job. Eugene always takes off the annoying stapled labels they put on, which is a perk! Please continue the great quality of work and service.
First time using this place. The dry cleaning was excellent and everything came back looking great. Friendly staff, fair prices, and I got everything back sooner than I expected. I'll definitely be back!
Dealt with them since 2009, price has been always affordable and their pressing job is outstanding. Will tell you upfront if the stain is removable or not from the beginning, if they are unsure they just say they will try their best. Even found $5 from my pocket and will give them back to me 😂
Always my go to dry cleaners.
