Really enjoy the intimate classes that stay true to Kundalini yoga practices. Appreciate that there is a sacred place that incorporates meditation, sound healing by gongs and kundalini yoga. Also the community has been so welcoming.

Studio Sat Nam is truly a hidden gem for mindful movement and soul connection! If you're looking for a place with to practice kundalini yoga, this is it. The instructors are amazing, the space is welcoming and the community is friendly :)

Nestled in a back alley off of 17th ave you'll find the entrance to what can only be described as a mystical rock hewn temple. Walking in you're always greeted by the warmest and most loving smile - such big heart for such a small boutique studio. As you walk past reception you enter the mystic cave and you're in awe - smell of sage lingering, twinkling candles, and a golden moon shimmering over the studio.The practice is a blend of pranayama (breath work), mudra (hand posturing), chanting, hatha yoga asana practice and repetitive pumping like motion (to get the kundalini flowin').
