Poor start: strong finish.
Having complied with all the stated requirements of moving furniture and vacuuming the area, I was less than impressed to receive a call two hours into the four hour window, in which I was expecting the carpet cleaners to arrive, telling me that they couldn't be there that day.
I spoke to several managers in succession, explaining that I had two unusable living room areas (one with no furniture in it and one with ALL the furniture in it) and that it was not acceptable for them to cancel at such short notice.
Everyone was most apologetic, but I simply wanted someone to resolve the issue.

Technician Blue Brent did an excellent job in rectifying hot water tank leak in shortest time. He informed me his arrival time and came on stipulated time. He is friendly and nice guy. He advised me about upkeep of maintenance.
Shiraz had my furnace cleaned and duct cleaning done perfectly, he was polite and professional, respected the property inside and outside of my house, explained everything I asked. Definitely recommend your services again!!
