The level of professionalism from my first phone call with John, to having Liam show up on site, was top notch. Liam arrived to site early, was very polite, and displayed 10/10 professionalism and expertise from start to finish.

STAT Climate Control Solutions did a really good job installing my AC unit, even though it wasn’t the easiest setup. My basement is a finished legal suite, and the mechanical room was on the other side of the suite. They had to go through the ceiling of one of the rooms to pass the pipes and electrical wiring from the mechanical room to the outdoor unit.
Even with the tricky setup, they made it work and did the job really well. Super professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing as they also took time to explain everything I needed to know.

Called STAT Climate Controls Solutions in regards to a furnace related issue, the Tech (John Sinclair) was fantastic. He was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions with ease and his expertise was essential is tackling a long standing problem with our furnace. Thanks again John Sinclair. I would recommend anyone seeking HVAC assistance and seeking in depth answers to their furnace problems to ask for John.
