Very late in making this, but this shop was absolutely amazing to work with. I was travelling to visit family and was having transmission issues and they squeezed me in right away and fixed the issues at hand. Will always highly recommend them. They are very black and white, don’t withhold information and will make sure that any and all repairs are with high functioning parts that are geared to last.
Thank you for all your help!
The towtruck dropped my truck off after the shop was closed, I filled out a form and dropped my keys off in the Dropbox and they fixed it the next day! The guys were super nice and informative 👍
I’ve been getting my car serviced at Southwest for over 10 years. I trust them explicitly. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. I can even call them for references on Services from other companies. I just bought a new car and I still will not take it to the dealer. It’s Southwest only for me.
