Yet another great experience at Southwest Auto Service on 14th Street SW! Jordy and all of the staff are very friendly and professional and I always feel that I am being treated fairly. They are good at explaining the situation to me when something needs to be fixed - I never feel pressured, they answer all of my questions, and give me time to decide what I want to do. We'll be taking our cars to Southwest Auto as long as we live in Calgary.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Everytime I've been I've felt like a member of the family not just a customer! They will go above and beyond to help you and fix what's wrong, as well as identify other things. This being said they're so good with noting what is important and what can wait, which is so helpful when on a budget! The only mechanic I would go to!
