We are very happy with our interaction with Smith Bros. Floors from start to finish. Our salesmen Lyn was excellent to deal with. Gave us our quote quickly, we had a few questions about the process which he answered quickly. The installer Khanh was fantastic. He has been installing floors for many years and it shows. His attention to detail is awesome. We replaced all our carpet on our second floor and replaced it with the matching hardwood we have on our main floor. It looks great and we are extremely happy with Khanh and the great work he did. I would recommend Smith Bros. Floors to anyone.
We used Smith Brothers to replace the carpet in our stairs with hard wood. We are very pleased with the work performed. The overall experience was excellent… Lyn provided us with the quote and was very knowledgeable regarding hard wood floors; Andrew and Kahn came to review the work to be done, measure up and set the date for the work; Kent made sure that we were satisfied with the stain colour and finally Kahn installed the hardwood. I would recommend Smith Brothers to others.
Thank you to Smith Bros. Our Hickory Hardwood turned out better than expected!!! We decided to transition the existing hardwood in the kitchen and so happy we did. Very helpful and professional staff. From sales to installer, and sanding crew we were very happy! They have been in business for over 100 years for a reason!
