Repair man was great and they loaned us heaters which was also great. Administration made some errors that made payment a bit difficult .. wrong postal code, misspelled name, info about e-transfer placing invoice number couldn’t work but they got the job done efficiently.

Shift has been on-time, professional, cost effective, and amazing each time I've needed them. Service was honest and great. They didn't try to upsell me, and walked me through what was needing to be done with both my AC and Furnace. Much better now with the new ownership and management!

I had my furnace and AC installed last year, and everything has been running beautifully since. The install team was friendly, professional, and such a pleasure to have around. I had them back recently for a maintenance visit, and it was just as smooth and easy as the first time. It’s really nice working with a company you can trust — I’m so happy with the service and the people behind it.
