Pulled up at 6:05 Google said they were open as did the sign. Rude woman in Shell shirt gets out of car parked at the front door and says very chippy we are closed. I have fleet cards am I able to use them I ask. No we are closed. As I'm driving away the lights and pumps turn on. Why couldn't she just say I'm sorry I'm running late give me 5 minutes. I'm fine with that, rather than give me bad attitude just to open minutes later. I'll never be back nor will any of my drivers. Not that we are the biggest customer but $400/wk in fuel won't be spent here.

Went here yesterday to use the indoor car wash and after putting $5 in via tap, I realized you can't pause the system. As I was watching my money disappear I found an attendant. He was very helpful and because of him I didn't lose any time/money.

quite comparable to other shell experiences of mine, except i had rotated my wheels earlier that day and it was time to re-torque the lugs, they seemed to be okay with me doing that while i fuelled, so i was grateful
