Had a jacket that I loved but couldn't let it go. Inner sleeves were completely ripping off, finally couldn't wear it anymore. Thought it was a gonner, was ready to toss it and pay $500 for a new jacket, instead threw a hail mary and stopped by to see if there was anything they could do.
