I was very satisfied with this alteration company! I had bought my wedding dress and it arrived 3 weeks prior to my wedding date. The wedding dress company then told me i had to find my own alteration company!! I was devastated. I went on google & found this company. I called them & asked if i could come in to get my dressed altered.. i was only 5 minutes away ! The lady said yes, you can come. They got my dress done within 2 weeks, with ALOT of alterations to do. I raise my hat to them! What a good job! In so little time! Thank you for taking me in , in such short notice & relieving me of the stress!Amazing place and very friendly staff & owner!!I recommend 100%!

Jamal, Rita and the entire team at Sewing Legacy are truly the best custom tailoring shop in Calgary. I've been a customer of Jamal's for over 12 years. He has been altering all my clothes since before I had kids. He altered the suit in the photo for my hubby, essentially remaking it from a size 44 to 42, from the shoulders, sides, pants, you name it, he did it. The team altered my dress to fit me perfectly. I have only amazing things to say about this business and the people who work there. You will hands down get some of the most genuine customer service ever. They are a pleasure to deal with.I have and will continue to bring my entire wardrobe to get altered here. I have got pants hemmed, dress shirt sleeves shortened. I've had one of my shirts taken in [darting], and have gotten pant wastes taken in. The work has been fantastic and they are very well priced and have a quick turnaround.Sewing Legacy does custom tailoring so when I need a suit for my wedding, or a suit in general.. I will be going to them to fit me!
