The spa provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience with skilled therapists and a clean facility. Many love the atmosphere and customer service. A reviewer mentioned enjoying their massage therapy with Yuni Lee, who provided the perfect pressure. Another praised May for her excellent 90-minute massage, her ability to find the right pressure for each spot, and for providing the best massage. Amruta Patel is also highly recommended for her super professional, knowledgeable, and calm service, especially during a facial. While the front desk staff can be unhelpful with scheduling, the service providers like Amruta, Marian, and Sally are awesome and make the drive worth it for the best massage.
I got a spa manicure and pedicure here and had a great experience. The aesthetician was very friendly, professional, and conscientious. I also got a dermaplaning facial from Carrie and it was wonderful. Would definitely recommend this spa!
It's been a while since my last visit to Serene Escape Spa, and I booked a same day appointment (June 15, 2026). I was lucky enough to be paired with Yuni Lee, who was absolutely amazing. She quickly addressed the pain in my shoulders and arms. Her expertise made such a difference, I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and significantly better. I came in for the ultimate spa package and had an amazing experience! Started off with Thai massages from Pam and had a wonderful conversation throughout.
Ended it with Hinal for my first ever facial and pedicure! My skin was so well taken care of. It’s so smooth and soft. Definitely looking forward for the next session ❤️
