I had the most bizarre experience trying to exchange a product. I was handed off to 4 different employees, no one knew what was happening. I had to re-explain what I was there for everytime one employee handed me over to another. They didn't have the product which was fine, they said they'd order it in, and by the end of it they just ended up making me buy the product on their online shop. No offer to order it in to store for pick up, I don't even have an online account so I can't track the package? I honestly wish I'd never gone in.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora, thanks to the staff member Zahraa, who helped me. Zahraa was incredibly patient, kind, and took the time to really listen to help me. Long story short, I received a gift card for Christmas to a bunch of places, and Sephora was one of them. It was an e-card, but it was very confusing to upload, and I was not aware, before going to the store, that I had to upload the gift card, enter all the numbers, and then receive the gift card in an email. It didn't seem to work for me, but luckily Zahraa helped me upload it. I was there for quite a while, and I never felt rushed or pressured. Having employees like Zahraa at Sephora... read full review
