I pleased to say DKI did a wonderful repair in my house. Water leak damage is all gone. The staff that came to our house are fantastic and I will welcome them again if anything occurs.

All the different workers and subcontractors seem to be quite professional and efficient, particularly the cleanup guy whom performed above and beyond the call of duty, I thought.

Dealing with DKI for the contents packing and storage during the repairs of my condo was the easiest part of all the moving pieces related to the flood. The flood and repairs came with significant amount of communication and coordinating of many different companies and individuals- this was extremely overwhelming. With that said, from the beginning of my communications with Krystal, the service was outstanding and efficient.
