DKI / Rocky Cross has provided absolutely amazing service throughout an ongoing restoration after a flood event that compromised my entire mobile home. From the moment Ellis was assigned as the Project manager, I've felt the situation was in capable hands. Then when the tradesmen came out to begin the work, I was blown away by the professionalism and work ethic of Alex. As a former tradesman, I have nothing but respect for his work and total appreciation for the very detailed updates he provides on a daily basis. True professionalism is hard to find these days, but Alex has it in spades; thank-you for all your hard work and effort!
Had a major 2nd floor toilet leak that went to the main floor kitchen and basement ceilings. Dwayne from RCCN came out that same day to evaluate the situation. After working with the Insurance company RCCN put a schedule in place and managed their people and contractors to complete our restorations. The restorations took some time but we're all completed and I have nothing to complain about. Everyone that I dealt with from RCCN were great. Lyndsey, Alysia and Chris from the coordination side were very responsive and made things happen. Dwayne was always there to take a phone call and was super responsive to getting answers very quickly or to pop by to see the progress....read full review
