Very bad experience!
They provided an estimation of 6.5 hour work for 4 bathrooms and kitchen deep cleaning.
A lady spent 2.5 hours on single bathroom and on the next 2.5 hours she cleaned rest 3 washrooms. Was tired and left without cleaning kitchen area.
The service was poor.
They charged for 6.5 hours even for 5 hours service. Had to contact them for refund for rest 1.5 hours.
Update: The owner took some time to call us back and offered a full refund, which wasn’t fair to them as we did get some services done. They gave us 50% refund and asked for a complimentary Kitchen cleaning if needed. We appreciate the effort and this definite shows some...read full review
