Always friendly staff and efficient service. They magically removed black ink stains I thought would never come out. And if a button is loose or missing, just bring to their attention and the repair is done. I am delighted every time.

I am so impressed with the friendliness and excellent service I received from Randall’s on Eleventh! I brought in a winter jacket that had gotten gasoline on it, and they managed to remove the stain completely. My jacket looks better than ever! The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, and I’m so happy to have discovered this location. I will most definitely be bringing all of my dry cleaning here in the future.

The location and hours aren't convenient for me, but I still come here because Randell's is that good! They've gotten stains out of items I thought were for sure done for, and never damaged anything. Sometimes I use another cleaner for convenience, but if its something extra delicate or stained, I come here first.
