I am using Ram for many years and mostly l was satisfied with office and technicians. Recently I was dealing with new ( for me ) office girl Angel. What a kind, pleasant, friendly, accommodating, patient, professional girl. Just pure pleasure to deal with her. Another new for me amazing employee of Ram l just met recently is Jordan. Kind, friendly, accommodating to situation, patient, professional, hard working guy. From now on will always ask for him ( even if l have to wait, as l assume he is very busy) You two are doing great job and are big asset for Ram. Excellent service from Holly, Angel, and Jordan. When a competitor said their hoses wouldn't reach from their service vehicles to my apartment, and then couldn't be bothered to buzz my intercom on the appointment day, Ram Cleaning Services was able to meet and exceed expectations. They were also able to take away my area rugs which had flood damage; the rugs look better than when new!

I needed an area carpet cleaned as my dog had peed on it. They cleaned and sanitized it. My carpet looks like new. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Should I need cleaning again, this will be my place to go.
