When an aging loved one gets to the stage where they need an accessible home, it can be a daunting prospect for the family to get up to speed on how to make that happen. We were fortunate to have Pinnacle by our side when our parents purchased a new home and set out to make it accessible by adding an elevator and renovating the master bath. We relied on Pinnacle's experience and expertise in the realm of accessibility housing as well as their relationships with occupational therapists and product suppliers. My parents were working within a tight timeline and Pinnacle's guidance allowed the renovation to progress as quickly as possible.
Just finished helping my mom Charissa with her full main floor reno through Pinnacle - kitchen, floors, painting, the works. Honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

Pinnacle just completed the interior renovation my 2nd floor of my mid 1960s house. The project included 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The biggest change was adding a proper ensuite in the master bedroom. The design process was very collaborative. The options for finishes, appliances and hardware included in the budget allowed me to get the look I wanted. The project management was top notch. I had almost daily contact with the site supervisor. There was clear and honest communication throughout. I was also impressed by the various trades.
