Best plumber I've found in the SW. Excellent pricing; fast & efficient. Did a leaky pipe repair for me. Diagnosed, repaired in 40 minutes. $100+GST. I was so impressed, I tipped him $20. BTW, I got a $300 verbal quote from an untrustworthy plumber in the area to install a small basement utility sink. I actually used this guy 2x to resolve the same problem. Charged me 2x! Phoenix plumbing quoted the same job for $150. Call Sam. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Hired Sam to do some plumbing work on our on suite bathroom. He was really knowledgeable and extremely professional. He was completely upfront about expected costs and didn’t try to add anything unnecessarily. Sams a really stand up guy. I would hire him again and have recommended him to plenty of my friends who have all had great experiences with him as well!
