I’ve really noticed a big improvement at my local PetSmart when it comes to their fish and reptile care. The enclosures and tanks are cleaner, the animals look healthier, and the staff seem much more knowledgeable than in years past. I especially appreciate that they take the time to ensure the animals are going to a proper home instead of just focusing on making a sale. It’s clear that animal welfare is being prioritized, and that gives me a lot more confidence in shopping here. Kudos to the team for making such positive changes—it hasn’t gone unnoticed!
Had an issue with an online kibble order and it seemed to have been a manufacturing issue. The kibble was off from what I normally have gotten in terms of sizing and harness even though it was the same brand, type, formula, bag size, etc from previous purchases.
Shailene and Stuart were understanding of the situation and upon opening the new bag inside the store, the difference was obvious. Exchange was done smoothly despite their new POS / Inventory system
I visit this location all the time. My most recent experience was wonderful. Laurissa at the main cash was so very helpful with letting me know items on sale and great suggestions for other things for my pup. I will definitely continue to go to this location. Big shout out to Laurissa she is fantastic and so friendly.
