We have used this firm several times and have been very happy with the service. Their pricing is very fair. The men know what they are doing, are efficient, polite
and honest. This last time my toilet backed up. They had to come three times and the third time they had to use a very expensive piece of equipment. The last call was on them. A big thank you to Jake, the supervisor and Jerry. I recommend PETE the PLUMBER!!!!!!

My Slant Fin boiler burners wouldn’t turn on, they came out and did an awesome job! I will call Pete the Plumber every time. They are fair priced, organized very customer oriented and understand that honesty is the number one policy, not like other outfits that charge you with overpriced service calls. CALL THESE GUYS THEY ARE AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS KEN AND TRENT!

Our water heater broke and there was water all over our basement on Sunday. I called the emergency number and my message was answered within 5 minutes. After my husband explained our situation he was told a technician would call back. We received that call within 10 minutes. My husband explained what had happened and the technician told him he had to go to the warehouse to get our water heater. He also told us that there would be an extra charge since it was the weekend, which we had already been explained by the first technician. Of course we agreed since our basement was getting flooded.
