I put up a post on my community FB page and Pete came highly recommended. And then when I asked a friend, he also recommended Pete without me mentioning that I was already considering him. Pete was fantastic! Very thorough with his inspection, missing nothing and offering up guidance and advice to my son, who was buying his first detached home (after owning a townhouse). I’ve had other inspections in the past and they didn’t look at nearly as much as Pete did. I feel very confident that my son picked a good home after Pete was finished. I will use nobody else in the future, and recommend Pete to all who ask.
He is very thorough and honest.
