We had scheduled a pest inspection for our Indian Pan Flame restaurant in Brooks, and Sam from Medicine Hat came by this morning for the treatment. Not only was he friendly and professional, but he also took the time to clearly explain what we were dealing with, where the pests might be coming from, and what could be attracting them back. Sam was incredibly informative and shared valuable tips to help us manage the issue moving forward. I tried an alternative service who used a lot of chemicals but ultimately failed to eradicate my cockroach problem. The Orkin rep (Jeff) took a different approach. He first place a lot of traps to determine the flow and scope of the infestation. Then applied a limited amount of a low toxicity (to humans) powder in specific problem areas. Lastly, he applied small drops of a grease based bait throughout my residence. The bait is visible and easily cleanable once the problem is resolved. The results were immediate and impressive.
