Had an emergency hot tub issue where we needed a whole new panel/heater, and they diagnosed, brought in the replacement unit and installed all within two days. Amazing customer service and great pricing - would highly recommend!

After having contacted various other pool supply retail stores across Calgary, and given next to no valuable information about my above ground pool equipment upgrading to accomodate my pool heater, the staff at Oasis Pools & Spas answered all my questions and even made suggestions to help me with my above ground pool set up. Unlike other pool supply retail stores, the staff working the front are incredibly knowledgeable with pools.
