Extremely positive in-store experience with the staff whilst also a great experience with the available product offerings at this location.
For the product, the 'customization' feature was especially attractive for me and was successful to make a sale.
For the staff, they were 'super' familiar with how to navigate the rather complex issue of the customizations, and, as it turns out, they also had very pleasant demeanors by which to engage the customer base. The need for replacement lenses was required and I was fortunate enough to have the attention of the room. 3 staff members were involved, in what I would call as the store manager, and 2 other employees (one was on her 3rd shift at the store). I had my choice of 4 different lenses and each lens was given the full coverage of what each lens offered. Again, these glasses are a small investment and the staff gave me all the information required to make the right choice. Thank you again.

Joanna was and is always super helpful during my visits to the oakley store. If you have never owned a pair of oakleys you aren't seeing the world through your sunglasses the way you should.
