What really set Niko apart from other roofing companies for me was the communication.
The owner, Vlad himself always responded and visited on timely manner from the start to finish. The work and the cleaning after was done great as scheduled.
They were more expensive than some of the cheap alternative competitors I received quotes from, but I think it was well worth it. Roofing is a significant investment afterall. I highly recommend them.
Recently had hardie siding, eaves trough and new roof installed. These guys have incredible attention to detail and the quality of the installation is exceptional. I have seen my neighbors get their hail damage repaired and keep seeing the contractors returning over and over to fix deficiencies. Save yourself the headache and use these guys. You won’t be disappointed!
