Rob and the team genuinely care about customer service. They installed some wheels on my vehicle that unfortunately caused a vibration at high speed (not their fault, just a defective product). When I called them back to get the issue fixed they didn't make me wait, they squeezed me in immediately and did everything they could to ensure it was resolved. I'd recommend Braeside Auto.
Very impressed with Braeside Automotive. Service was outstanding, have been there a few times. Normally very busy at the counter, but you are greeted and made to feel welcome. Shop is very welcoming and family friendly with cats and dogs onsite! Highly recommended.
We've been using this shop for our vehicles for a couple years now. Really great service, very knowledgeable and helpful with informing us of what service will be needed in future. We have older vehicles and they've been really good at extending the life of them for us with realistic opinions on what work to do and when. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest mechanics!
