I had a great first experience. Customer service was good and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The staff was very professional and friendly. I plan to go back and hope the standard of service will remain the same.

Walked in and asked for a shellac manicure, was told "have a seat" flatly, whereas the Caucasian lady who came in after me was told "please have a seat, thank you!" in a totally different, cheery voice. The hell? Then, my nail tech didn't check I was happy with it before sealing it all up. So customer service was definitely lacking.
That being said, the pros: -Shellac mani is $35+tax, and came out nice, after a correction requested on two nails. -The wait was only 5 mins long. -Nice massage chair while you wait. -Good selection of colours (*the pearl catseye ones are $10 extra). -Blue... read full review

They are very kind, and like to make conversation. They also always listen to any requests I have about my nails. I totally recommend for any age.
Specialties: They have free drinks, massage chairs and even candy for their customers.
Cleanliness: It is extremely clean and always looked after.
