Such a wonderful experience each time I came to My Haven Laser & Spa. The staff is so friendly, and welcoming! Emma is a fantastic masseuse, and very knowledgable. I love that there is so many different service options as well, depending on your needs. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My Haven Laser & Spa is simply fantastic! I love everything about this spa, but my absolute favorite is the full body mud treatment with body scrub. It leaves my skin feeling incredibly soft and rejuvenated. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!

I had my Japanese hair treatment today and I was excited even before the treatment because I have been trying to figure out what to do with my itchy Calgarian scalp ha! I have done tons of treatments and spent enough money to figure out this ‘riddle.’ Ok, the treatment itself was wonderful, relaxing, different and worth it! Tina was professional, very knowledgeable and really did a great job clearing up years and years of itchy flakes. It’s so gross ha! But she was so professional and as she said this is what her work is about - scalp treatment for a healthier and stronger scalp which translates to a longer, smoother beautiful hair.
