Bryce is a remarkable professional. Courteous and willing to answer questions, up front about pricing and no on site upsell pressure like the big cleaning companies. Even answered my curiosities and interest in how it worked. It was cool powerful stuff.
And the results! We had honestly ignored the carpet in our 14 year old house, sure we vacuumed it and spot cleaned it, but we never had it steam cleaned. After 14 years of life our hallway looked like a packed down trail, I didn't have high hopes. My expectations were blown away. The carpet is vivid again, standing up right, smells fresh but not perfume laden, it was remarkable.

My wife and I bought our first home and wanted our carpets cleaned, we read through a lot of reviews and heavily leaned the Bryce with his company. The experience was just as others had expressed, very professional, tentative to all our questions and particulars of our place and definitely a person we felt comfortable in our home. We highly recommend Bryce with Mr. Steam. Pride in his workmanship and professionalism at a VERY fair and upfront price!

Bryce cleaned our carpets and couches today and I’d 100% recommend him! It was convenient to ask questions and schedule via text, he was punctual (and I appreciated that he gave an exact arrival time rather than an arrival window), he did a thorough job, was friendly, courteous (he laid down mats to protect our floor that the machine was on), and he very kindly worked around my baby and toddler’s naps, so as to not wake then up and to ensure he was done cleaning the carpets in their rooms by nap time. (This was especially appreciated!) Thank you, Bryce! You have gained another permanent customer!
