I have been getting my vehicles serviced with Vince since 2012. Monza opened in 2001. Yes, he specializes in German/Asian/Italian/European high-end import vehicles (but services domestic automobiles as well), but after I had to get rid of my Mercedes coupe to accommodate twin babies (where there was no way the car seats would work LOL). I have since had my Jeep Grand Cherokee, Acura MDX and VW Atlas serviced there. Over the years, many outstanding front desk associates have excelled in providing excellent customer service by answering questions/booking appointments/offer advice (to name a few). Top notch guys, very honest, work completed quickly and always on budget, customer service second to none!!! Definitely my go to guys for our work and personal vehicles. I would Highly recommend Vince and his team.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! Got my car into the shop with no delay and completed my out of province examination in no time. At no point did I feel pressured into any repairs that weren't necessary, and the car passed with flying colors. They showed me some things to repair down the road like a very minor oil leak that I didn't know about.
