If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would the Marlborough Mall branch is a complete scam that needs to be avoided. I paid an outrageous $55 for a premium screen protector only to have it peel off completely the very next day, demonstrating abysmal product quality that is unacceptable at any price point, let alone this exorbitant one. To make matters worse, when I returned to the store for assistance, the employee who installed it was unbelievably rude and dismissive, offering zero accountability and treating me with contempt instead of fixing the problem. Its upsetting to even give this place one star. The salesman at Westbrook mall will lie to your face to make a sale. Even if you tell him it's for a birthday gift for a child. I asked if the iPad would download and do certain things "yes, yes, no problem" we tried out a couple things in store when I bought it and those worked... not the others... isn't that convenient. Sad a person needs to fact check every detail when asking a salesman something but again this was just a reminder of how shady this world can be.
