Won't go anywhere else now. Ive been to a few other places in the past that do bare minimum for your business. Ran into here one time and now I doubt I'll go anywhere else. They helped me fast (Divy was awesome) and truly gave me good advice with my phone. Told my father who went there the next day and he had the same experience. Thank you for being one of the few good businesses around. Customer service is hard to find now a days. Ill be back next week to get a phone for my mother!
I took my Samsung S20 in today because the USB port stopped working, expecting about a $100 bill for replacing it. The technician (Divi?) took it to the back, and came back in about 3 minutes. He said its working fine, it just needed to be cleaned out, no charge! Amazing, he could have easily just repaired it like I asked and charged me for it. Good, honest, quick service. You know you can trust them when they could have easily charged me for work they didn't have to do. If anything (really) goes wrong with my phone I'll definitely take it back there.
I came in for a problem on my S25 Ultra due to some mysterious oil/liquid leaking from the inside, DIVY helped me and talked to me what was happening assured me that my phone is working fine. DIVY is very knowledgeable and welcoming to the store. From now on, whenever I have problems with my phone, this will be the location I will go to. Thanks again Divy!
