Cannot express how upset I am with this company. My move was booked weeks in advance for a Sunday at 9AM, and I was called at 1PM on the Saturday before to inform me that they would be unable to perform the move due to availability. I was offered a reschedule to a different day in the week but as with most sane human beings had planned my entire week around the time my move would occur and booked time off of work to unpack. They also offered me what equated to 10% off for this titanic failure which I declined and managed to book another mover in the less than 24 hours I was left after Miracle Movers caused an already stressful week to be almost unbearable.

Edit to owner's response: 7th July 2022 - Dalvi. My concerns are regarding promptness and accountability. The guys were genial enough and the move was NOT a nightmare experience. However, we had conveyed very clearly, while booking, that elevator reservations were time sensitive and were reassured that there would be adequate time for dismantling furniture AND moving everything within 2 hours.It's been a year since we used their services but it is still our worst moving experience thus far. Charged us 6 hours for less than 3 hours worth of service. Miracle movers were recommended by the movers we used while moving from Toronto to Calgary since they did not do local moves....read full review

They arrived at 11 am did not finish the move until 3 am in the morning. The movers kept coming back and asking for more money the estimated quote went well over the original quote left my things out in rain. Would not give me my TV after requesting even more money. Had more breaks than anything. Damaged my furniture and then accused me of doing it. Tried to file a claim but they said they were not insured for the damage they caused.Terrible company stay clear.
