This was my first time using Midas compared to a dealership, and I was pleasantly surprised. The service exceeded my expectations, especially the assistance manager, Vincent Ngwenya, and the other front-line staff. The mechanic, Ali, was incredibly friendly. I travelled quite a distance just for an oil change and rear brake repair. Before leaving, I stopped by the shop to help set up my car’s auto-start feature. Throughout the entire process, everyone went above and beyond to ensure everything was in order before I left.
