Never used this Midas location previously. Had them put new front brakes along with rotors. These guys were nothing but professional and really know their stuff. It is such a refreshing experience to find customer service like this in Calgary. Hats off to all the team at Midas - 9623 Macleod Trail SW, Calgary, AB. called early morning about my battery light being on, and they got me in immediately. not only did they go above and beyond to diagnose and work on my car, they explained to me in detail what the issue was. It was refreshing having that transparency and clarity. I want to thank the team again for working OT and on their days off to get my car up and running. the type of customer service provided at this location is the reason people come back.

I recently came to this Mida’s location for a courtesy brake system check on my Dodge Grand Caravan. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of their inspection which included a digital summary of all components checked including quality of brake fluid. Repair costs were itemized including recommendations. I recommend this location for inspection and service of your vehicle’s braking system.
