Never used this Midas location previously. Had them put new front brakes along with rotors. These guys were nothing but professional and really know their stuff. It is such a refreshing experience to find customer service like this in Calgary. Hats off to all the team at Midas - 9623 Macleod Trail SW, Calgary, AB. Thanks again Joe and Joel and the rest of the guys there. Highly recommend this location if you are interested in satisfaction.

I like the manager Joe there. My favorite spot for oil changes. Fast and reasonable costs. Highly recommended. Make sure making an appointment before you go. Otherwise you will have to drop off.

I tried calling several shops that didn't have any time for a leak that I found getting worse over the weekend. I called around 10am and I spoke to someone named Heather who was incredibly helpful, she said my car could be seen if I dropped it off within a couple hours. At 12pm I was alerted my suspicions were right and I needed my rear shocks and struts replaced. They had the parts at another location and said repairs would be finished after another 2-3 hours. I received a text at 3pm that my vehicle was done and when I arrived I was informed that the amount quoted was going to be less expensive.
