I've had good experiences and bought several parts and computers at other memory expresses in the past.
Today however, I came in to follow up on a quote I had gotten it turned out to be a year ago. I was greeted with someone I presume was new as he didn't ask for my phone number or any account information but instead searched the computer by serial number. When he couldn't find it he decided to tell me my laptop (which is a little old granted) wouldn't be compatible with Windows 11. I exchanged a refurbished laptop for personal reasons and ended up with my preferred model. I was told there would be a 10% repackaging fee since I didn’t have the original box, but the manager kindly waived it, saving me money. The employees were patient and helpful, especially since I don’t know much about laptops. They supported my choice and confirmed that the one I picked was an upgrade. Great people here!
