Amazing service, was able to help me with my broken PC. Payed a bit more for priority but they fixed it within one day! The tech was super helpful and nice on the phone and didn’t even charge me the install fee! Great team and took good care of my expensive custom built PC.
Great experience all around, Michaell helped me find the parts for a custom pc in my budget. Then afterwards when I had a question they gave me excellent customer service to resolve the issue. Highly recommended.
Ryan the store manager went up and above for me. I discovered a discrepancy with an online purchase I made and I discussed this issue with him. He was very understanding and able to help me correct this. I feel most people would just walk away from this type of transaction over the phone, but not Ryan. If I could award more stars I would.
