I’ve been coming for massages almost weekly for three years. I’ve spent upwards of $10-15k there. The massages are amazing, which is why I keep coming back. Today I woke up with a really bad head cold and called to cancel. I was told initially I’d have to pay a cancellation fee or find a family member to come instead. Also that i needed to give more notice. Right, ill start planning my colds around massage apointments. The owners need to have a serious talk with the front desk staff about reasonable accommodations and what customer loyalty looks like. If you want me to come in and infect your staff and other patients, happy to oblige, but seriously this is appalling... read full review

After my long-time therapist retired, I found myself floating between different RMTs in search of someone as effective and attentive. Elizabeth at Massage Experts fits that criteria perfectly. She came highly recommended, and after seeing her twice, I can confidently say she’s excellent. She communicates clearly, responds promptly, and ensures I have time to decompress and fully enjoy the silent hour. Thank you, Elizabeth!

I probably felt the most difference pre-and post massage then I have ever before. My range of motion in my neck and shoulders is much improved. I automatically noticed how much easier it was to do little things like putting on my coat and fixing my hair. I didn’t realize how tense I was until I noticed this difference. So great!
Also! As a woman, this was the most comfortable I felt getting massaged by a male. He was very careful to preserve modesty at all times, more than other practitioners I have visited (male or female), while at the same time never... read full review
